For M/A Com/Harris/GE, etc: there are two software packages that program all current and past radios. One package is for conventional programming and the other for trunked programming.

Mar 24, 2013  Harris Unity XG-100 Programming. Has P25 trunking in the feature string you can NOT program the Conventional part of the codeplug anymore with that software as it will brick the radio, you must use the TQS3385 RPM. That person will no longer be able to use 'CPS' conv. Programming software if they wish in the future.

The trunked package is in upwards of $2,500. The conventional package is more reasonable though is still several hundred dollars. The benefit is you do not need multiple versions for each radio (unlike Motorola). This is a large and very visible forum.
