The USB 3.0 was enabled by the generic USB kext from Rehab Man (thanks), but I'm not sure Sierra is running USB 3.0 at true speed. I was able to get everything including the video card to work on Mavericks, by dumb luck. I think now I have a better understanding, what the Pro Book installer does: 1) installs patched kexts 2) modified the DSDT 3) modifies the 6000 controller kext 4) But only to Yosemite, that is an older OS and not desirable for my line of work I installed Sierra on a new HDD, mounted the EFI from the Mavericks install and copied the folders in the EFI to the new EFI partition on the Sierra HDD. I also copied the patched ATI6000 patched kext over to the Sierra permission, (installed with kext beast). And was not able to get anything going as far as the video card seeing the v ram and frame buffer issues.

Are there specific kexts or clover settings or frame buffer differences from Sierra to Mavericks in the same video card? Or is this a lost cause?
